The new system has been trimmed down and while it technically has less direct control, it still keeps a fair amount of precision. It also now functions from a C+ base so that the performance overhead can be reduced.

You can edit some of the default values in editor, like how far and how large the area the trace covers is, and how it should select the targets when switching.

I actually did try and make this a plugin, but while I could get the plugin to work in editor very easily, the final built game wouldn't work. I also noticed the additional size a plugin has. It was 60mb for the plugin vs >1mb for just the source code.
